Welcome to the SENDIN service information page. We believe in providing SOLUTIONS TODAY so that you are able to SERVE TOMORROW.

To that end, we focus on tangible solutions that can be easily implemented by your staff. We also provide executive and staff training so that they are better able to identify future solutions and cope with necessary changes.

Current focus is on corporations that either sponsor, or provide Premium Only Plans to their small business customers.  Entities primarily include Health Care Providers (HMOs and PPOs) and Third Party Benefit Administrators. Our goal is always to deliver real solutions, ones that are based on continually applicable principles, and not fad processes that require continual ”renewal” and perpetual fees. We teach principles that can be used again and again - the only limit is your commitment!

Below is a brief outline of the services SENDIN offers: 

1. We provide process reviews and recommendations.

  • If you currently produce your own POP Program, SENDIN can review your process and determine possible improvements. This includes end-product delivery and presentation of viable, alternatives. We will also review customer correspondence procedures and recommend cheaper and more efficient means.
  • If you currently purchase your POP Program from a third-party, SENDIN can review program capabilities and limitations, and then advise of viable alternatives. This will also involve a review of the resources that you currently commit to the program and consequent advice on where improvements can be made.

2. We help you develop an in-house POP product.

  • If you so choose, SENDIN will work with you to conceptualize, develop, produce and distribute your OWN POP Program. This is probably the most cost-beneficial route. Not only will you be able to control your production costs but you will also have more flexibility with customer pricing, enabling you to produce more profit. Additionally, you can determine your own distribution method which in turn provides your sales force and agents with an “instant” solution for customers.

3. We provide training for support of the POP product.

  • If customer service for your POP Program is currently outsourced to a third-party, the question is: Why do your customers have to do that? They don’t! Minimal resources are required to provide an excellent source of information for POP customers and if you already have a client services department then with a little extra training, representatives can easily field POP calls too.

NOTE: If you buy your POP Product in order to resell it and you pay more than $75 per item, you’re paying way too much. With in-house production, depending on your size and customer base, you should be able to cut that cost by at least 50%, usually more.
